As the user(oracle) run vncpasswd
vi /etc/sysconfig/vncservers
VNCSERVERS="1:srijan"
VNCSERVERARGS[1]="-geometry 1024x768"
The botton line of ~/.vnc/xstartup should look like:
gnome-session &
$ service vncserver restart
