Migrate Windows server from esxi to Hyper-v

1. Licensing may require that the mac address remain the same.

3. To convert esxi to hyper-v http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34591 ( Rubbish, machine needs to be on a domain )
