We will try using ubuntu first
Get Ubuntu iso, upload to datastore and build vm
Perform apt update and upgrade, reboot, install open-vm-tools then reboot
Add vagrant user with password vagrant and ensure it can su password free.
Add vagrants key
- mkdir -p /home/vagrant/.ssh
- wget --no-check-certificate https://raw.github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/master/keys/vagrant.pub -O /home/vagrant/.ssh/authorized_keys
Set the correct permissions on .ssh files
Ensure the ssh server is installed and working
Create Vagrantfile
