The X Drive This mount varies depending on which department the user belongs to. In reality it is a mount of either Lakshmi or Orion, but the path varies on each depending on department. It is used by Halls, Payroll and HR. See the Agresso page for details. NOTE: Orion is to be replaced shortly by a single server so this mount will change. It was NOT a standard mount untill recently. Some users will maintain manual windows profile based mappings, while all new users should use the privxp.bat mechanism described here. This is now a standard mount. To have the Finance user automatically the X drive on Lakshmi, create a file privxp.bat owned by them with 740 privileges on their N drive, and add the line: net use X: \\lakshmi\finance (note the space between X: and \\lakshmi)
